The Spectre of Islamist Fascism.

A spectre is haunting Europe and Australia.

The image of Islam, so distant, strange and over there, is now in the centre of the West. It is present in the form of muslim people; from garsterbeiter, refugees, illegal migrants, legal migrants, smooth,Janus-like intellectuals like Tariq Ramadan, terrifed Iranian families treated viciously by Australia's Department of Immigration officials, to unknown Bosnian prostitutes in every European capital, enslaved by Albanian psycopaths. The range of muslims in Europe is total. Standing over them, like black crows,are the muslim clergy.

It is important to know that in this evolving 'culture war' the first victims of the muslim clegy are the muslim people. The poverty in the muslim world is not rightly laid at the door of the West; it can be more honestly laid at the corruption actively fostered by the 'islam of the clergy'.

All economic activity in every muslim country is corrupted by the Sharia legal system. Entrance into an economic activity in most muslim countries is effectively blocked by the (essentially) mercantilist notions of the writers of the Sharia. Sharia banking is the paradigmatic example of a rigidly closed economic activity.

This accounts for the millions of unemployed university graduates all over the muslim world. They cannot go into business for themselves because the economy is monopolised by the gang at the top, and the muslim clergy support these monopolies with Sharia rulings and Koranic quotes. The resultant grinding poverty is the root cause of the nervous breakdown through which Islam is now passing.

Non muslims must try to understand that one of the great promises made by Islam to muslims is the 'promise of success'. When most muslims lived isolated from the rest of the world, especially the successful West, there was no pressure to produce this success; indeed the mere fact of living in a muslim society was deemed a spiritual success. Exposure to the wealth of the West over the last generation has resulted in even the most backward muslim realising that Islam is humiliatingly poorer and weaker than the West. The gap keeps widening.

This blog does not ignore or deny the extremely rough politics played by the West against the muslim world over the past 100 years and up to today. However it is not my intention to argue this. It is a given. It is also not the major source of the poverty of the muslims. That poverty is caused by the 'islam of the clergy'.

It is argued widely whether Islam is capable of being modernised. By 'modernised' it is meant an Islam more in tune with European Christian and Buddhist values of calmness, scholarship, co-operation with others (ecumenism),advocacy of love and forgiveness rather than vengeance and suicide bombing. There is currently no settled decision on this question of a 'Modern Islam'. We wont get an answer anytime soon.

The current Islam is the 'islam of the clergy'. Vengeful, bloodthirsty, howling,misogynist, homophobic, death penalty obsessed, anti education, censorship obsessed, anti science,superstitious and, not least, failing. It is this witches brew that is being pushed onto Europe. The ladies in the photo at the top are the embodiment of the 'islam of the clergy'. They are fascists.

Europeans and Australians know that there is no settlement with Fascism. There can only be struggle until victory. In the 1940s the weapons used were expolsive. In the 21st century the weapons to be used are the weapons that will destroy the influence of the muslim clergy.
